Location: 100 Old Orchard Road (St. Timothy’s Church – Doors on Jedburgh)
Days: Mondays and Thursdays *a new round of classes begins every month*
Time: 5:45am – 6:45am
There are three options to choose from:
- $120 for all 8 classes ($15/class)
- $80 for 4 classes – choose from Mondays or Thursdays ($20/class)
- $25 Drop-In – please contact me ahead of time to let me know you are coming
Payments are made in cash only on the first day of class. Please bring exact change. No refunds and no make-up classes.
Do I need to bring anything?
Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. I also recommend bringing a set of dumbbells with you, though it is not mandatory.
*If it’s your first class, you also must print and complete a PAR-Q form. Please e-mail me and I will send it to you.
Who is this class suitable for?
Anyone and everyone who wants to improve their strength, cardio and overall health (and who is cleared to exercise by a doctor)! I welcome everyone from beginners to people who workout regularly.
For every exercise that we do, I will provide variations and modifications. That way, if you need to take something down a notch you can! On the other hand, if you want to push harder you can do that, too.
Our group is extremely welcoming, encouraging, fun and non-judgmental.
