My name is Gillian and I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Pre-and Post-Natal Fitness Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor and a Precision Nutrition coach based in Toronto, Canada. Simply put, I work with people like you every day to help them define and reach their goals in a safe and sustainable way.
In my early twenties, while I was working full time as a middle school teacher in Canada’s north (shoutout to Yellowknife!), I discovered my love for all things health and fitness. Maybe it was the cold weather, the people I met or a deeper need for something more – but I am grateful for whatever it was that motivated me to start training. Fitness helped me overcome many physical and mental barriers and improve my quality of life immensely.
This experience inspired me to help others become stronger, healthier, happier and more confident in their own skin. After my second year of teaching, I decided to make the leap and pursue my certifications in personal training. That was nine years ago and I can say that I have no regrets!
Today I am a full time coach working with people from all walks of life with a variety of goals and abilities. Most of my clients are based in Midtown Toronto between Yonge and York Mills to Yonge and St. Clair. My days consist training young athletes, coaching expectant and new mothers, helping clients to attain their dream physique, training clients to increase strength and much, more more. Your progress and your success, quite simply, is why I do what I do.
