Personal training should be personal. That means that each of your training sessions are specially designed to help you achieve your vision. Regardless of your starting point, we will work together to take you closer to the best version of yourself.

  • Group Fitness Instructor Specialist (FIS)
  • Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness Certification
  • Kettlebell Level 1 Instructor
  • Precision Nutrition Level 1


  • For in-home and in-condo personal training, preference is given to those who live in the Midtown Toronto area (Yonge and York Mills, Yonge and Lawrence, Yonge and Eglinton, Yonge and Davisville, Yonge and St. Clair) but I am open to travelling outside of those areas as well
