I coach clients one-on-one using a 5-step process. This process helps us get really clear on your goals and break those goals down into the daily actions that are needed for you to get the results you’re looking for. This is a collaborative process rooted in behavioural psychology which takes into account your preferences, lifestyle and skills to ensure that you are as successful as possible. As a result, not only do clients experience success now but also find themselves building long-term habits so that they can remain successful long into the future.
Commitment
A 1 month commitment is required to proceed with nutrition coaching. However, it is not uncommon for many goals to require upwards of 3-12 months to achieve.

Is the coaching remote or in-person? I am based in the Yonge and Eglinton area of Toronto, so if you’re close we can do in-person. However, most of my clients do this remotely.
